YOU WILL NEED:
A TOOL WITH MULTIPLE NEEDLES;
A FELTING BRUSH TO WORK ON;
AND PREFERABLY A SINGLE NEEDLE FOR DETAIL WORK.

The picture is made using needle felting techniques. All the fibres are ready blended.
The picture is 38 cm by 30 cm approximately.
You start with a piece of acrylic felt, which you lay your fibres on and then lay this onto a sponge or felting brush. The felting brush is much easier to work on.
Then stab away with your needle felting tool.
A beginner could do it!
The kit contains a photo of a hare printed on card. You just cut this out to create a stencil into which you lay the fibres to shape the hare. The photo will help you to add the details but everything is explained in the comprehensive instructions which include many colour photos.
When all the fibres have been worked in you could do some free machine embroidery on it to highlight areas, or hand embroidery or even some bead-work, it all adds detail. But if you don't want to add anything it looks lovely just as it is.
The picture will need to be mounted before framing. It would probably look better in a deep frame.

I bought this for a friend but ended up keeping it for myself. I loved completing the felt picture and I'm pleased with results, (see photo) - not bad for a novice. If you're a beginner like me, this kit is amazing. The instructions are easy to follow and they are full of colour photos. Dispatched quicky. Many thanks. Hours of fun.

I bought this as a birthday present for my sister in lockdown. She loves it but I was disappointed the complete set did contain needles . She bought some from Amazon, grrrr! Rita
